Booking and Cancellation Conditions

Once we have confirmed your booking request, the full trip price will be due.

Cancellations can be made up to 90 days before the travel date. We will refund the travel amount minus an administration fee of EUR 200.-

If the trip is cancelled less than 90 days before the start of the trip, the travel costs will not be refunded. Therefore, we recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage.

Rescheduling the original trip to another date will be treated as a cancellation. A refund is only possible if we are able to find a replacement person for the original trip.
